Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days after processing is completed. Processing times vary depending on the products you order. Please see details below. 

*For customers outside of Canada: Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country's customs office. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. 

 

TREATS & BEVERAGE POLICY

⚠️ Please note: We do not ship liquid (water, juice, or sport drinks). If you select water bottle, Caprisun, or Gatorade, you will receive labels only. This helps us keep shipping safe and affordable.

📍For local pickup orders (Laval or nearby areas), we can offer full drink options if requested in avance. DM us before ordering to arrange this. 

 

📍PICKUP AVAILABILITY (LAVAL, QUEBEC)

We offer free local pickup in Laval for customers in the nearby area. Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is placed. 

 

PROCESSING TIME 

Processing time begins only after the customer has approved the final design proof.

For custom apparel only (T-shirts, Hoodies, Tank tops, pillows):

Processing time: 3-5 business days.

 

For party favors:

Processing time: 5-7 business days. 

*To avoid shipping delays, we recommend placing your order 2-3 weeks before your event.

 

DESIGN PROCESS

Design proofs are sent within 48 hours. Please provide complete and accurate custom details to ensure the best results. 

Review your design proof within 1-2 days so your order can be processed without delays. 

For photos and inspiration images, please email them to info@goldencraftparadise.com with your order number in the subject line. 

 

DISCLAIMER

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Golden Craft Paradise is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • Delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. 

 

RUSH ORDER

Need it sooner? Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us first before placing a rush order. 

 

CONTENT PERMISSION

By ordering with Golden Craft Paradise (GCP), you grant us permission to share your custom work on our social media platforms for content and portfolio purposes. If you prefer not, please let us know.
